LIVE WEBSITE
The Client
I've never seen a more aesthetically pleasing and eclectic attorney's office before, especially in such a small town as Dobrich. Both their custom made brand collateral and their office space seems to be out of this world. Surely not something you would typically find in Bulgaria. Custom made everything - pencils, notebooks, folders, calendars. Clients like this have me going the extra mile, delivering a product so unique in its core that it is simply becoming innovative in its approach.
My Contributions
Just like attorney Kiryakova likes to say, harmony is a key element of beauty. This is the statement that gave out the whole direction of this project. I was looking to develop a website that is minimal, aesthetic, easy to use and at the same time informative at all costs. Not an easy task at all giving the fact the client provides every type of service an attorney can have.
I've decided to go with a one-pager. Instead of clicking-through countless services pages, team member pages, etc. The user can find everything on the Homepage minimizing the time of finding what he's looking after. Isn't that the ultimate design solution? Scrolling has been disabled. All of the information is fitted into modals, that pop out of nowhere with a slick animation when you click onto the navigation bar that is located at the whole bottom of the page. One-third of it is the Contacts Panel which is separated from the other informational modules with the sole purpose of being accessible at all times. So even if you're browsing through the services modal, you could easily navigate to the contacts section and even use the contact form. That for me was one of the most innovative parts of this project. This bottom bar kinda reminds me of the Windows taskbar.

My solution is coming with the following advantages:
• No loading time between pages
• Already established and intuitive UI/UX approach (taskbar)
• Clean, minimal, easy to navigate and innovative in its approach
Attorney Kiryakov being geeky about tech himself, shared with me that he's been always wanting to have an application. After I briefly explained why this is not a good solution in our case, we came to the conclusion that the site should be built around the principles and feel of an application. And then we asked ourselves the ultimate question - what does the client seek in a law firm mobile website? Two simple things, really - location and office phone number. From then on, it was quite simple - we made the mobile version in a way that highlights those two essentials and leaves everything else aside. You're looking to book a meeting? One click and you are already on the phone with the office secretary. You want to get to Kiryakovi/Co ? One click and Google Maps will lead the way.
